At TheFrenchNets, every payment is handled securely through Shopify Payments. We never store, access, or retain your full card details at any point.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following through Shopify Payments:
Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa

All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Shopify's payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

Payment Processing

- Payment is charged at the time your order is placed.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing and is prepared for shipping according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.
- An order confirmation email is sent immediately after successful payment.

Pricing & Currency

- All prices on the Website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
- Shipping is free on every order. The price displayed on the product page is the final price. No additional fees, handling charges, or surcharges are added at checkout.
- Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@thefrenchnets.com. Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process outlined in our Refund Policy applies.
